Our client is one of the largest outsourcing companies with more than 35 years of experience. The company provides service to more than 450 clients and has a presence in 28 countries. For one of their projects they’re looking for a:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicative with clients via phone, email and chat;
  • Resolve consumer queries and provide friendly customer service support;
  • Advise customers regarding products and services;
  • Identify, research and resolve product issues and queries concerning part/product replacement and execute solution in line with local procedures;
  • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database;
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role;

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role;
  • Excellent Czech or Slovak skills;
  • Good English skills – B1;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Can adapt quickly to changes in products, processes or technologies;
  • Good computer skills;
