For one of our clients- a multinational company, well-known on the Bulgarian market, we are looking for German / French + English Customer Support Agent.

Job Responsibilities:

Answers the customer's request via phone calls, emails and chats;
Understands customer's needs and solving customer's problem;
Answers on customer's questions promptly and professional;
Cooperates with other team members and the company's management;

Job Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of German / French, both verbal and written;
Good knowledge of English (for training purposes);
Experience in customer support field;
Good communication skills;
Problem solving skills;
