For One of our biggest clients, a global company with 164 sites located in 42 countries we are searching for IT End Support specialist.

We are looking for a professional to take care of hands and feet support for Dedicated project in terms of Network and Server support. He will be first point of contact for the project associates for any IT related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with network and server teams for troubleshooting issues.
• Allocation/ recovery of Assets to the project
• Preparing the Assets (Laptop / Mac) before allocation
• Assisting project associates on configuration of the assets for first time login
• Attending / troubleshooting issues related with the assets – hardware / software
• Keeping and updating the asset inventory of the project assets
• Associate to coordinate with Network and Server team by providing Hands and Feet support whenever required

Job Requirements:

• Associate should have basic knowledge of Hub room maintenance
• Desktop / Laptop / Mac asset trouble shooting skills
• Knowledge of Chromebook usage
• Basic knowledge of Netwok equipment and Servers
• Work experience on Network Switches and knowledge on switching / routin
