Our client is one of the largest outsourcing companies with more than 35 years of experience. The company provides service to more than 450 clients and has a presence in 28 countries. For one of their projects they’re looking for a:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support by phone, chat or e-mail with new and existing mainly B2B customers;
  • Handling of 1st Level inquiries in a case closing manner from the fields of ordering, complaints, deliveries, stocks, products and services;
  • Call back B2B customers Qualifications expected of a 1st level agent;
  • Escalate issues, as appropriate, to the respective group for higher level technical support;

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher degree;
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer support role;
  • Excellent German skills (C1);
  • Good English skills – B1-B2;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask with capacity to prioritize urgent matters;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Good basic understanding and interest in technical topics;

Fully paid training is provided. Remote position. Competitive salary! 8 hour shifts, Mon-Fri.
