For our partner – one of the largest franchise chain of fast food restaurants in Ireland, we are looking to hire Assistant Managers /Supervisors.
The Assistant Manager provides ongoing support to the General Manager to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit. The Assistant Managers work as a team with training coordinators, and staff at the unit level. The Assistant Manager reports to the 1st Assistant Manager in the absence of the General Manager.

The job:

  • Assist in maintaining financial control, inventory management, maximizes sales and profit potential;
  • Coaches, counsels and works with General Manager to develop Training Co-Coordinators, and staff, leading to end maintain high sales and profits;
  • Responds to General Manger requests;
  • Assists the General Manager in recruitment, training, development, and HR planning;
  • Assists the General Manager in community & civic involvement;
  • Works with the General Manager to investigate and respond directly to employee relations and customer complaints;
