Our client is one of the largest outsourcing companies with more than 35 years of experience. The company provides service to more than 450 clients and has a presence in 28 countries. For one of their projects they’re looking for a:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers through various channels – phone, email and chat;
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service support regarding company/clients' products and services;
  • Entering and updating customer information in the database;
  • Resolution of various cases;
  • Partnering with other teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent command in Hungarian (C1) and good command in English (B1-B2);
  • Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
  • Has good computer literacy;
  • Teamwork;
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus;
