Our client is an international company with over 5 years of experience in the creation and management of fitness clubs. The company has 9 clubs in Sofia, and is planning to expand within the country and open new clubs. The company’s head office is in Poland and has a presence in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and they’re opening clubs in Turkey and Croatia.. Currently, their Bulgarian team is expanding and they’re looking for a:

Job Responsibilities:

Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information;
Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc;
Collaborating with an external accounting partner;
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted;
Taking part in setting up the internal and external reporting system, processes, and procedures;
Analyzing the company performance, results, and data to identify and present relevant stats, solve problems and identify trends;
Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, etc.;
A minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar position;
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;
Analysis and Process Improvements;
Understanding of data management and data quality principles;
Ability to work with many other teams or individuals to resolve financial issues;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Attention to detail;
Fluent English.
