Our client is a regulated forex company that has been operating in Bulgaria since 2020. Their team is growing and currently, they are looking for a:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing clients of the company;
  • Maintain and develop successful client relationships;
  • Provide information and training to clients regarding the services offered;
  • React to client's requests promptly and in a professional manner;

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent German – both verbal and written
  • Previous experience as a Retention in a forex company!
  • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team Player - open to share knowledge and experience - to help the Team performance and results.
  • Able to think outside the box and ready to step out of his/her comfort zone.
  • Has strong, energetic mindset and fighting spirit.
  • Excellent computer skills.
